Note: For the first two phases, we've rounded up to $2 per brick for simplicity. 
All of the money will go straight to the building project (except for the our 
media costs, less than $200 per year). At $2 per brick, we'll actually reach our goal 
of total bricks sooner. The real goal is the dollar amount - 
the brick goals make the project more tangible. When we reach a phase's dollar amount, 
we're done with that phase. There are no salaries or profit.
